  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Buttermilk

Make the Caramel:

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until caramelized.
  2. Carefully add heavy cream and stir until smooth.
