  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions to make Cranberry Banana Bread recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mash bananas: Mash ripe bananas.
  4. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in cranberries.
